It's a first!
Collin had new numbers from yesterday's visit to PCMC. He had mixed results- his platelets continued up to 161 - putting him into the normal range for the first time!!! Normal is 150-400 so he is making his way :) His red blood cells rose to 10.6 from 10.1 - that was a good move up. Collin's white blood cells dipped however to 1.5 with an ANC of .7 - fluctuations are normal but we had a returned test that showed very little of the white blood cells are currently from Kelsi. - There was alot of discussion amongst us on that topic. We hope with time that Kelsi's bone marrow cells will help with the white blood cell count. All we can do is wait and try to keep him infection free. We will run more tests next week and wait another week for results but the good news is that we came home again to a fairly normal routine!
