No news is good news!
Collin had an uneventful and healthy 4th of July with a gathering for a family dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Jensen's being the highlight of the weekend. Collin and Austin lit a bundle of fireworks on Saturday night for our little family to enjoy. Ken and Austin then headed out on Monday for a High Uintah Scout trip leaving Collin "girl trapped"- it is a saying he started a long time ago when he found himself to be the only boy around. I am glad that the week was uneventful for Collin with no appointment because of the holiday. It was a nice break! Collin will return on Tuesday to Primary Children's since they called today to change him from Monday because they are overloaded. I am thankful he is stable enough to be one of the kids they can put off a day :) He will have his normal labs and then we will begin the much anticipated taper of cyclosporin. It will take several months to get him down but somewhere in here we will begin to see what his bone marrow decides to do--crossing our fingers and toes (and more importantly praying) for success in this next phase :)
