Collin had a good visit on Monday August 9-his numbers had one push up and two slide back. A new chimerism test was taken and we expect results back next week sometime - Not much was said just the normal visit but it was exciting because Austin came with us and turned in his Eagle project!! Austin cut wood and sanded wood shapes for children to paint. He had donations for paints and in the end was pleased when the hospital representative told him that they had just run out of wood shapes and there had been children that very morning that had requested a project. Thankfully they had kept their names and room numbers and were going to take some to them right away. Collin enjoyed painting several cars during his stay so the Eagle project had special
Last visit Collin got the go ahead to participate in the pinewood derby in a month -- with some rules from the doctor that no one touches his car and his Dad has to put it on the track. He also has to wear his mask. Collin was estatic!! He can't wait to build his car. We are also trying to finish his Wolf before his birthday in 2 weeks and hope that it can be awarded at the only pack meeting he will be at for quite some time.
The blog posts have been sparse due to the real craziness of our trying to finish the construction of a new home we started building before all of this unfolded for Collin. Our other home should be done in 6 to 8 weeks. We have put on hold selling our current home until we get Collin moved to the other one. I could never imagine trying to accomplish the construction of a home we designed during a time such as this but life has a way of being crazy.

That's exciting that you can go to the pinewood derby! That was one of my favorite scout activities, I wish I could have stayed in the ward a little longer to see it. Good luck anyway, Collin!
Thanks for the update! Prayers are always being sent your way. :)
