Collin spent the day with no fever and feeling pretty good. He hung out waiting for the olympics to come on. The weekend brings less hospital personnel and quieter times so no tests or meetings were done today. He was hopeful that he could go home today but he hasn't been fever free long enough for all of the doctors to be comfortable with that idea. If no fever occurred today they told him that tomorrow would be a high possibility. However, Collin started to feel poor around 5:30 and spiked a high fever. Blood cultures were drawn again and sent to the lab. He was pretty down knowing that the doctors may change their minds about tomorrow if they can't figure out why the fevers are occurring. Collin's red blood cell counts were up from the transfusion last night. His ANC was unchanged and still at 0.
