Week 5

We started week 5 with Collin in a pretty good place. He had an appointment yesterday with the hematology doctors for his regular blood draw to get his counts. No fever and no problems meant that the visit was an easy one. His counts were still down but without symptoms that need to be addressed we will let him wait until next week for transfusing. Collin did try to count the pokes on his arms while we were waiting for his blood test results. It is hard to keep track, but because Collin doesn't have blood that clots well or the ability to heal well you can see many of his past pokes on his hands and arms. He thinks one set looks like tiger tracks.
